​At his incisive and erudite best Mark Ritson appraises Tesla's recently announced discounted prices. Unsurprisingly Mark is not a fan - but for very good reason. The pitfalls are articulately presented and it is hard to disagree with anything he says. Of course, as consumers we love it but does its presence weaken our love of the brand. There are some brands and products that are NEVER discounted and surprise, surprise they attract incredible loyalty and love.
